Job Overview:
Transparencia Energética is seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Risk Manager to oversee and mitigate financial risks across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential financial threats, developing risk management strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while supporting sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, and monitor financial risks including market, credit, and operational risks
• Develop and implement risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures
• Conduct financial risk analysis and scenario modeling to support decision-making
• Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes
• Prepare risk reports and present findings to senior management
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
• Collaborate with finance, audit, and investment teams to strengthen risk mitigation strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in financial risk management, banking, or corporate finance
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment tools, financial modeling, and regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in MS Excel and risk management software
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
• Professional certifications (e.g., FRM, CFA) are highly desirable
