About The Opportunity

Based in prestigious offices in West Bay, you will provide a full suite of financial and insurance solutions to a diverse client base that reflects Qatar’s international population.

You will be part of a collaborative team of Financial Consultants, supported by experienced Sales Managers who will assist you in building networks, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored financial solutions.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experienced financial services adviser or consultant
  • UK CISI Level 4 qualification (or equivalent) required due to regulatory standards
  • Ideally already operating within the Qatar market, though relocation support is available
  • 2–3 years’ experience in an independent financial advisory or brokerage environment
  • Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualifications are advantageous

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong personal and professional network
  • Arrange and attend client meetings to understand financial goals and objectives
  • Develop tailored financial proposals aligned with client needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Provide ongoing service and regular reviews for existing clients
  • Stay informed on market, regulatory, and product developments
  • Communicate new opportunities and regulatory changes to clients
  • Liaise with head office, providers, and professional intermediaries such as accountants and solicitors
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards

Additional Requirements

To be considered, candidates should demonstrate:

  • UK Level 4 CISI Investment Advisor Diploma

  • Existing client bank is advantageous but not essential

Additional Information

Applicants should have a minimum of three (3) years’ client-facing experience in wealth management or life insurance advisory, along with recognised investment qualifications (e.g. CISI, CII, or equivalent).

This is a performance-driven, client-facing role focused on business development, relationship management, and long-term growth within a regulated international financial services environment.
