As a Field Sales Executive in the DFS channel, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct customer engagement in assigned territories. This role demands high energy, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-driven mindset to convert leads into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new customers through field visits, referrals, and local activations.
  • Sales Execution: Pitch products effectively, conduct demos, and close deals to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Territory Management: Plan daily routes, optimize coverage, and maintain a strong presence in high-potential areas.
  • Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with retailers, channel partners, and end customers.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather insights on competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
