Financial Services Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Representative to join our team. No MAIN EXPERIENCE NEEDED. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on financial products. Don't have a Licenses? No worries we pay your licenses for you. The Licenses you can obtain are (Life Insurance Licenses, Series 6,63,26,65) Must PASS BACKGROUND check. NO experience needed. We will train you and help you through the full process and get you paid training. Takes 7 to 14 days to get licensed. Must be 18+ to start.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer relationships, processing financial transactions, and promoting financial solutions that meet clients' needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a solid understanding of banking and financial services, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers an opportunity to grow within the financial industry while helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Duties

• Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Manage customer relationships through ongoing communication and personalized service
• Process loan applications, loan origination, and related documentation accurately and efficiently
• Conduct sales activities including upselling banking products and cross-selling financial services
• Detect and prevent fraud by monitoring transactions for suspicious activity
• Utilize financial software to record transactions, update account information, and generate reports
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
• Support relationship management efforts to foster long-term client engagement

Qualifications

• No MAIN EXPERIENCED REQUIRED
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly
• Basic math skills necessary for daily operations involving calculations and balancing accounts
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in finance or banking are a plus
