What Awaits You, What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

Actively contribute to the S4HANA/SAP Retail and Production project.

Support the successful implementation of financial processes.

Focus on the continuous improvement of financial processes.

Support the implementation of goals, policies, and procedures related to finance management, profitability, costing, and various e-platform integrations (e-invoice, e-archive, e-waybill).

Participate in the installation and ongoing maintenance of ERP systems concerning financial modules.

Assist in establishing system controls for financial systems and contribute to the improvement of related procedures.

Provide support for the implementation of ERP systems and handle related tasks within the project scope.

Collaborate with system analysts and support business users in their daily finance processes, operating within the established governance structure.

Work proactively with business units to understand their requirements and help implement ERP functions that meet their needs.

Support the financial management systems as a key user, participating in efforts to improve the performance of financial processes and systems.
-
Work closely with finance business users and consultants to maintain the ERP environment and ensure system activities align with business needs.
What will be the qualifications we expect from you?
-
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related field.
-
2+ years of hands-on experience with financial solutions and a strong understanding of financial processes. FMCG/Retail experience is a plus.

Familiarity with project management principles is an asset.

Knowledge of process management and agile business analysis techniques.

Hands-on experience with automated software management tools.
-
Solid understanding of relevant business processes and ERP systems. Experience with SAP / S4HANA is highly desirable.

Experience in a retail or production environment is an asset.

Good organizational and planning skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
