Jr. Corporate Finance Analyst – Capital Markets

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economy , Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields from reputable universities,
• Masters degree and/or CFA is a plus,
• Min. 1 years relevant Corporate Finance and preferably Capital Markets experience,
• Basic modeling and valuation skills backed by financial analysis capabilities,
• Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills in Turkish and English,
• Strong report writing skills,
• Client focused and solution oriented personality, ensuring high quality service with a flawless work ethic,
• Able to multi-task, self-driven with strong desire for taking initiative with a long term perspective of adding value to the team as well as possessing high interpersonal skills
• No travel restrictions and flexible working hours.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The main role of the team member will be to support Corporate Finance Capital Markets team in the origination and execution of ECM and DCM transactions. The successful candidate will have responsibilities in:

• Supporting the management in issuances of debt instruments and IPO’s,
• Assisting the management in origination of new deals,
• In-depth financial and commercial/sector analysis of companies and assets,
• Preparation of high-quality documents and presentations in line with strict deadlines,
• Financial modelling and valuation of companies in accordance with generally accepted methodologies,
• Process management and liaising with clients, investors, governmental bodies and all relevant third parties,
• Attending and taking active part in marketing, origination and investor meetings,
• Supporting and complementing legal (sub)advisors in the preparation and negotiation of legal documentation.
