Financial Specialist

Who We're Looking for

Due to team expansion, we are seeking a specialist to join our Finance Department.

This specialist can professionally and promptly process incoming requests from internal departments, banks, and auditors, as well as ensure high-quality preparation of financial information for management and external counterparties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and modeling management and analytical reporting.
  • Collecting, verifying, and aggregating data for completing bank and counterparty questionnaires (planned turnover, foreign exchange transactions, covenants on average monthly balances, and other financial indicators).
  • Preparing responses to inquiries from banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Creating analytical tables and reports in response to one-time management requests.
  • Preparing brief analytical notes and explanatory materials.
  • Verifying the accuracy of the data provided.

Requirements

  • Higher education (finance, economics, accounting, auditing, or related fields).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a consulting, trading, logistics, auditing company, bank, or credit institution in one of the following positions: Financial Manager, Credit Manager, Auditor, Financial Analyst.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data structuring).
  • Proficient in MS Word/Google Docs.
  • Skills in preparing business correspondence and formal responses.
  • Understanding of document flow principles and accuracy when working with financial documents.
  • High attention to detail, ability to systematize and structure information.
  • English: Intermediate or higher (business correspondence, processing financial questionnaires and requests).
  • Russian - Native

  • Responsibility and accuracy when working with numbers.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of information.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Business communication and correctness in interactions with colleagues and external partners.
