Friends University is seeking to fill the Fine Arts Engagement & Communications Coordinator full-time position in Wichita Kansas. the Fine Arts Engagement & Communications Coordinator provides graphic production and marketing expertise; manage the box office and provide organizational and coordination expertise for division events. The Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the Fine Arts Department, internal partners, and external vendors to ensure events are professional, engaging, and well-executed. Work hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Bachelors' degree required.
Two to five years of similar or related experience required. One to two years of graphic production, design, and/or administrative experience preferred. Computer proficiency required; MS office, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Creative Suite expected. Project management software experience preferred. Spreadsheet software and database experience is necessary. Excellent customer service skills a must. Experience in an educational setting and understanding of the programs within Friends University Fine Arts is a plus.
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills are required. Graphic production/design experience and use of the Adobe Creative Suite.
Salary range: $36,000 to $40,000
