What you will be doing:

• Serve food and beverage service to Leo’s guests.
• Effectively use POS system (SpotOn) to ensure accuracy of food and beverage orders.
• Demonstrate a guest-first mindset by anticipating and prioritizing our members’ needs.
• Maintain knowledge of our menu to make suggestions for guests based on their unique preferences.
• Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience
• Confirm orders with the chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested
• Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties
• Always maintain a composed, professional & calm attitude

Qualifications/Skills:

• 7 years experience serving in a fine dining restaurant required
• Working knowledge of liquor, beer and wine
• Personable, positive & professional attitude
• Detail & task oriented
• Excellent organizational & communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
• Possess high sense of urgency
• TIPS certified preferred

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to be on feet for long periods of time
• Ability to frequently reach, bend and stoop
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
