Join our dynamic team as a Fine Dining Server and become an essential part of delivering exceptional culinary experiences in an upscale, elegant environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality talents, provide outstanding guest service, and contribute to memorable dining moments. As a Fine Dining Server, you will be responsible for ensuring each guest feels welcomed, valued, and satisfied through attentive service, expert knowledge of our menu and wine list, and a polished professional demeanor. Your energy and enthusiasm will help create a lively yet refined atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer tailored recommendations to enhance the dining experience
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all details are correct
  • Upsell menu items and wine pairings to maximize guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
  • Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and provide personalized service
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, process payments efficiently, and manage cash handling responsibilities
  • Assist with food preparation or bussing when needed to support smooth restaurant operations
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas in accordance with sanitation regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and host/hostess team to coordinate seamless service flow
  • Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fine dining restaurants or upscale food service environments
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability in upselling, sales techniques, and guest relations to enhance the dining experience
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that creates a welcoming atmosphere
  • Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, food handling procedures, and basic math skills for cash handling
  • Previous experience with culinary or kitchen environments is advantageous but not mandatory; hospitality background preferred
  • Strong communication skills coupled with a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced nightclub or restaurant setting

Pay: From $2.13 per hour
