Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in process
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all details are correct for timely delivery
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, wine pairings, and dietary accommodations to elevate the guest experience
• Manage guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to foster positive guest relations and ensure repeat visits

Skills

• Proven experience in fine dining service or upscale restaurant environments with strong guest service skills
• Excellent communication skills coupled with active listening to understand guest needs thoroughly
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining genuine hospitality and professionalism
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during high-volume shifts
• Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for better understanding of menu ingredients and preparation processes
• Capable of working flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in hospitality roles such as host/hostess or food service positions that emphasize customer relations

Pay: $23.84 - $28.71 per hour
