The Opportunity

Are you a charismatic service professional with a passion for elite hospitality? Rise Holding is seeking experienced, Tagalog-speaking service leaders to join our team in Qatar. As a Chef de Rang or Captain Waitress, you will be the face of our dining room, overseeing operations to ensure impeccable service and creating unforgettable memories for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Supervise waitstaff and ensure strict adherence to fine dining etiquette.
• Guest Relations: Engage warmly with guests, manage reservations/seating, and handle feedback with diplomacy and tact.
• Expert Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of the menu, ingredients, allergens, and wine pairings to provide expert recommendations.
• Service Flow: Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure seamless timing and dish delivery.
• Mentorship: Train and motivate junior staff to maintain a high-performance culture.
• Revenue Growth: Proactively identify upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Language: Must be a Tagalog speaker with high proficiency in English. (Arabic is a strong plus).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Fine Dining/Upscale environments, with at least 1 year in a leadership or Captain role.
• Age Profile: Between 23 and 26 years old.
• Skills: Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and a deep passion for the "art of service."
• Technical Knowledge: Thorough understanding of food safety, beverage pairings, and table-side service etiquette.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: SAR 2,000 to SAR 2,500 (Base) + Tips.
