About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and professional Captain Waiter to join our fine dining team. As a leader in the service staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional dining experience for guests through outstanding service, attention to detail, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the waitstaff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
  • Provide personalized attention to guests, making menu recommendations based on preferences.
  • Oversee table settings, presentation, and timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Manage guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, maintaining health and hygiene standards.
  • Train and mentor new waitstaff, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams for accurate order handling and smooth service.
  • Promote upselling opportunities, enhancing the overall guest experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Leadership ability to guide and motivate a team effectively.
  • Professional demeanor with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in high-end restaurants or luxury hotel dining settings.
  • Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and order management.
