Job summary

The Finishing Engineer is responsible for overseeing the final stages of construction projects, ensuring that all finishing tasks are completed to the highest standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate various finishing activities to ensure timely completion within specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and audits of site finishing work to ensure conformity with design specifications and industry standards.
• Coordination of Finishing Activities: Manage and coordinate all on-site finishing activities, including plastering, painting, flooring, and other final touches, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Material Management: Oversee procurement and usage of finishing materials, ensuring availability and optimal use to prevent wastage and maintain budget constraints.
• Team Supervision: Supervise finishing teams and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project progress, including quality assessments and completion timelines, for review by senior management.
• Software Proficiency: MS Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in finishing engineering within the real estate or construction industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
