Finishing Engineer

Key Responsibilities – Finishing Works

• Supervise and control execution of all finishing works, including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, joinery, façade, and allied activities.
• Ensure all works are executed in strict compliance with approved drawings, specifications, mock-ups, and defined quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure proper sequencing and timely completion of activities.
• Monitor workmanship quality through regular inspections; carry out snagging, punch-list preparation, and ensure timely closure of all observations.
• Maintain daily progress records and prepare periodic progress and quality reports as required by project management.
