Finishing Foreman

We're looking for finishing Foreman

• Allocate daily tasks to foremen and monitor work progress according to project priorities and schedules.
• Supervise and train to ensure proper execution of work.
• Create schedules and monitor attendance.
• Monitor workforce productivity and enforce quality control measures.
• Ensure manpower, materials, and equipment are adequate for daily operations.
• Allocate necessary resources for activities.
• Enforce site safety regulations and ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during site operations.
• Prepare daily report on activities.
• Report progress, delays, and any concerns to construction managers and engineers.
• Maintain records of work progress and site activities.
