Foreman - مشرف عمال

Job Description

الاشراف على فريق العمل وتنظيم مهامهم اليومية لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفقاً للخطط الموضوعة وتحقيق الجودة المطلوبة ضمن الجداول الزمنية المحددة. توزيع المهام اليومية على العمال ومتابعة تنفيذها. مراقبة الأداء والتأكد من انجاز العمل بكفاءة وجودة. التنسيق مع الإدارة او المهندسين لتوضيح المهام والمستجدات تدريب وتوجيه العمال الجدد أو غير المتمرسين على أساليب العمل الصحيحة التأكد من الالتزام بقواعد السلامة والوقاية في موقع العمل. رفع التقارير اليومية او الأسبوعية للإدارة عن تقدم العمل والمشاكل التي تواجه الفريق. إدارة المخزون البسيط من الأدوات أو المواد المستخدمة من قبل العمال. معالجة المشكلات اليومية داخل الفريق وحل النزاعات إن وجدت. التأكد من التزام العمال بالحضور والانصراف والانضباط العام. الاشراف على النظافة والتنظيم في موقع العمل. العمل كحلقة وصل بين العمال والإدارة. مراقبة حضور العمال وانضضباطهم أثناء عملهم في المركز.

- Supervising the work team and organizing their daily tasks to ensure that work is carried out according to the established plans, and achieving the required quality within the specified timelines. - Distributing daily tasks to the workers and following up on their execution. - Monitoring performance and ensuring that the work is completed efficiently and with quality. - Coordinating with management or engineers to clarify tasks and updates. - Training and guiding new or inexperienced workers on proper work methods. - Ensuring compliance with safety and prevention regulations at the worksite. - Submitting daily or weekly reports to management on work progress and issues faced by the team. - Managing a basic inventory of tools or materials used by the workers. - Handling daily problems within the team and resolving any conflicts if present. - Ensuring workers' commitment to attendance, departure times, and overall discipline. - Supervising cleanliness and organization at the worksite. - Acting as a liaison between the workers and management. - Monitoring workers' attendance and discipline during their time at the center

Minimum Qualification

ثانوية عامة مع خبرة او دبلوم High school with experience or Diploma

Preferred Qualification

خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين minimum experience of 2 years
