Finishing Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman with extensive experience in building construction finishing works in the UAE. The candidate will supervise, coordinate, and monitor all finishing activities on site, ensuring that work is performed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in finishing works in building construction
• UAE construction experience is mandatory

Qualifications:

• Diploma or technical qualification in Civil Engineering / Construction Technology
• Strong knowledge of finishing works, site supervision, and building standards
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all finishing activities including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, gypsum works, ceilings, and decorative works
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure proper execution on site
• Monitor quality and workmanship of all finishing activities
• Ensure timely completion of assigned finishing works according to project schedule
• Allocate and manage daily manpower and resources efficiently
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with standards
• Manage material usage, inventory, and avoid wastage
• Ensure safety standards and site discipline are strictly followed
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to finishing works
• Supervise and train site workers and subcontractors
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities and daily reports
• Collaborate with QA/QC team for inspections and approvals
• Conduct handover inspections for completed areas
• Review and report site progress to senior management
• Ensure client and consultant requirements are met
• Assist in planning and scheduling of finishing works
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the site work areas
• Ensure tools, equipment, and machinery are properly maintained and available

Preferred:

• Experience with high-rise buildings, villas, or commercial projects in UAE
• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period
