Finishing Inspector

VX Studio Consultancy is a leading multidisciplinary design and engineering consultancy delivering high-quality and innovative solutions across architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines. We are looking for a Finishing Inspector with a strong consultancy background and hands-on experience in high-rise projects to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and monitor all architectural and finishing works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, materials, and project specifications.
• Conduct daily site inspections and ensure high-quality workmanship across all finishing activities (flooring, ceiling, painting, cladding, joinery, etc.).
• Review and verify material submittals, mock-ups, and method statements for finishing works.
• Report non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions with contractors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate closely with other disciplines and consultants to ensure smooth site execution.
• Maintain inspection records and prepare daily and weekly reports.
• Attend site and coordination meetings when required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in a consultancy role.
• Proven experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects.
• Excellent knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills.
• UAE experience preferred.
