Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative activities at the construction site
- Maintain site records, attendance, and manpower logs
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and site documentation
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and head office
- Manage office supplies, petty cash, and site expenses
- Assist in preparation of invoices, delivery notes, and material records
- Ensure proper filing of drawings, permits, and approvals
- Support HR and accounts-related site activities
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as Site Admin in construction projects
- Knowledge of site documentation and reporting procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently at site locations
- Must have GCC Experience
