Your Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor a team of writers while coordinating effectively with freelance contributors.
• Conduct in-depth research on client-related topics and gather the most recent data, insights, and market statistics.
• Edit and proofread articles for accuracy, structure, readability, and adherence to editorial standards.
• Ensure all content is factually correct, SEO-optimized, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Maintain content that is current, unbiased, and easy for readers to understand.
• Handle a high-volume workload and consistently meet deadlines.
• Produce high-quality long-form or short-form content when required.
• Apply SEO guidelines, keyword strategies, and internal frameworks to enhance content performance.
• Oversee the editorial calendar, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery.
• Guarantee that all deliverables align with client expectations, project goals, and our internal style guide.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, or related fields.
• Strong background in writing, editing, and proofreading.
• Exceptional English language skills—both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
• Organised, analytical thinking with a solution-oriented approach.
• A collaborative attitude with the ability to take initiative and grow into a leadership role.
