FIRE ALARM FOREMAN

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fire Alarm Foreman to lead installation, maintenance, and inspection of fire alarm systems. The ideal candidate will supervise a team of technicians, ensure compliance with safety codes, and deliver high-quality work on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate fire alarm system installations, upgrades, and repairs
• Lead and manage field technicians, ensuring productivity and safety
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Ensure all work complies with local fire codes and safety regulations
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning
• Maintain project schedules and communicate progress with project managers
• Train and mentor junior technicians
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and inspectors

Qualifications:

• Minimum [X] years of experience in fire alarm systems installation and supervision
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm codes and standards (e.g., NFPA)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license (if required)

Preferred Certifications:

• NICET Certification (Level II or higher preferred)
• OSHA Safety Certification
