Oil & Gas Technician

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Install, maintain, and repair fire protection systems (fire alarm, firefighting, foam systems) in oil & gas environments.
• Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system faults efficiently.
• Ensure all work complies with QCDD regulations and project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers and supervisors on-site.
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance and inspection activities.
• Follow strict HSE policies and procedures at all times.
• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in oil & gas projects or industrial environments.
• Experience in fire protection systems is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of QCDD standards is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in site-based and high-risk environments.
