FIRE ALARM TECHNICIANS/HVAC TECHNICIANS

Job Title: Fire Alarm Technicians and Industrial Controls Technician

Fire Alarm:

Technician (NICET 1): $110-118k - 4 openings

Alt Lead (NICET 2): $120-125k - 1 opening

Lead (NICET 3): 130k - 1 opening

Industrial Controls Technician:

Technician: up to $125k- 6 openings

Lead: up to $135k -2 openings

Supervisor - up to $140k - 1 opening

Duration: DIRECT HIRE

Location: Must be willing to deploy to Al Udeid Air Base - takes about 4 weeks


Fire Alarm Technician:


  • Inspect, service, maintain, repair fire alarm and suppression systems
  • Identifies hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair
  • Ensure that the work is in accordance with relevant codes
  • Shall develop and implement procedures to identify and prevent defective services from recurring
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Secret clearance
  • Technician - NICET 1 certification
  • Alt Lead - NICET 2 certification
  • Lead - NICET 3 certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in the fire protection/life safety industry:
  • Experience in fire alarm and suppression field as a journeyman or foreman
  • Knowledge of various types of sprinkler systems (wet, kitchen, extinguishers)


Industrial Controls Technician:


Key Responsibilities :

  • Install,maintain, and troubleshoot Industrial Control Systems (ICS) for HVAC and related building automation systems.
  • Monitor, calibrate, and optimize HVAC control systems to maintain optimal performance and energy efficiency.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues in control panels, PLCs, sensors, actuators, and other ICS components.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on control systems and HVAC equipment to ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades, modifications, and enhancements.
  • Document all maintenance, repairs, and system changes accurately in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, including electrical, mechanical, and industrial safety protocols.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and operations personnel.

Qualifications :

  • Secret clearance
  • 5+ years of experience specializing in Industrial Control Systems
  • Operator training in building automation systems
  • Proven experience with HVAC control systems, building automation systems, and industrial control systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA)
  • Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, sensors, actuators, and control panel components
  • Hands on experience troubleshooting and repairing ICS equipment
  • Familiarity with safety and quality standards in industrial and military facilities
