Fire and Gas Site Supervisor

He shall be well qualified and experienced to co-ordinate all activities related to the

SERVICES and well versed in all aspects of Modern Fire and Gas Detection, different types

of Instruments and projection System

2. He should be well experienced in maintaining and troubleshooting of various types of

detectors /Systems in similar LNG or Oil and Gas Installations.

3. He shall be well versed with Oil and Gas Plant Safety Requirements. He can be part of

Working Team of particular plant where assigned.

4. Each asset requires a dedicated Work Team to effectively coordinate F&G maintenance

activities.

5. Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering or ITI Certificate on Instrumentation.

6. Adequate knowledge in reading and interpretation of Cause & Effect Drawings.

7. Minimum seven (6) to eight (8) years experience in Oil and Gas plants with at least three (3)

years work experience in Fire & Gas detectors and Systems.

8. Minimum three (3) years experience in the supervisory level.

9. Computer Literate and shall be able to generate reports.

10. Shall be conversant with all site coordination activities for F&G maintenance and will be

responsible to handle all site F&G activities reporting to Site Engineer.

11. He shall attend all meetings and coordination meetings required for F&G activities and

review work scope along with Site Engineer and COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE for effective

planning of F&G activity and scheduling.

12. He shall support Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) investigation of any F&G activity and

implement RCFA recommendation.

13. He shall attend regular weekly/monthly coordination meeting with COMPANY

REPRESENTATIVE and review job performance providing status update such as job

completed/Job planned/Material status/manpower status, look ahead plan etc and assist

preparation of monthly report at the end of the month for submission to the COMPANY

REPRESENTATIVE.

14. He shall compile all records of F&G activities as per COMPANY requirements and ensure

they are accessible for COMPANY review.

15. He shall be proficient in English, both spoken and written

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
