Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Foreman / Supervisor to oversee on-site installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of fire protection and alarm systems. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to ensure compliance with all project requirements and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Supervision & Leadership

  • Supervise and guide site teams involved in Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm installations.
  • Ensure all activities are executed according to project specifications, drawings, and NFPA/local civil defense requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Technical Execution

  • Oversee installation of Fire Fighting systems: sprinklers, hydrants, pumps, FM-200/clean agent systems, standpipes, and hose reels.
  • Supervise installation of Fire Alarm systems: addressable panels, field devices, modules, cabling, and termination.
  • Validate installation quality and resolve technical issues promptly.

Testing & Commissioning

  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning to meet project and code requirements.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and civil defense authorities for inspections and approvals.
  • Prepare and maintain all testing and commissioning documentation.

Quality Assurance & Safety

  • Enforce company safety standards and ensure all personnel adhere to proper safety procedures.
  • Maintain quality control throughout all phases of installation and commissioning.
  • Identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Liaise with project managers, consultants, contractors, and other site stakeholders.
  • Attend coordination meetings and provide technical input.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain accurate site documentation.

Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of supervisory experience in Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm systems.
  • Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and local authority requirements.
  • Ability to interpret MEP drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Experience with major fire alarm brands (e.g., Simplex, Honeywell, Siemens) preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Driving License
