Job Description

We are seeking a Fire Fighting Engineer to join our team and oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of fire protection systems across our projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defense regulations, international safety standards, and project-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, review, and implement fire fighting systems (hydrants, sprinklers, pumps, hose reels, extinguishers, etc.).
• Prepare technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications in coordination with consultants and authorities.
• Supervise installation works at site and ensure adherence to approved drawings and safety codes.
• Coordinate with Civil Defense and other regulatory authorities for approvals and inspections.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and maintenance of fire fighting systems.
• Provide technical support to project teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, and relevant standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Fire Protection Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fire fighting system design and execution (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of NFPA, UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, and Civil Defense requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure timely project delivery.
