Fire Fighting Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Fire Fighting Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of UAE fire and life safety regulations, Abu Dhabi Civil Defense requirements, and hands-on experience in fire fighting systems design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant Engineering field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Must have experience with Abu Dhabi Civil Defense (ADCD) regulations and approvals.

Certified in Fire Fighting Systems / Fire & Safety.

Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and UAE Fire Code.

Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial, and residential projects.

Ability to prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation.

Good communication and coordination skills.

UAE Driving License is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Design, supervise, and maintain fire fighting systems according to UAE and NFPA standards.

Coordinate with Abu Dhabi Civil Defense for approvals and inspections.

Review and prepare shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

Conduct testing and commissioning for fire fighting systems.

Ensure all systems comply with safety regulations and project specifications.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.

Perform site inspections and prepare progress reports.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to fire fighting systems.

Ensure preventive maintenance and safety compliance on-site.

Preferred Certifications:

Fire Fighting Certification

Civil Defense Approved Engineer (Preferred)

NFPA Certification (Preferred)

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per hour
