Hiring: Fire Fighting Engineer (QCDD Approved / UPDA Grade C)

We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Fire Fighting Engineer to join our team for a long-term project. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise in fire protection systems and proven experience in GCC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, review, and supervise installation of fire fighting systems in compliance with project specifications
• Ensure proper execution of systems such as Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression, Sprinkler Systems, Hydrant Systems, and Foam Systems
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams for smooth project execution
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of fire protection systems
• Ensure compliance with QCDD regulations, NFPA standards, and local authority requirements
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and as-built drawings
• Provide technical support during project lifecycle and final handover
• Maintain strict adherence to HSE policies and safety standards

Requirements:

• QCDD Approval (Mandatory)
• UPDA Grade C Certification (Mandatory)
• Minimum 5+ years of GCC experience in fire fighting systems
• Proven experience in Oil & Gas / MEP / Industrial projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of fire protection codes and standards (NFPA, QCDD)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
