Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fire Fighting Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of fire fighting systems, ensuring compliance with safety codes and smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

• Installation: Carry out installation of fire fighting systems (sprinklers, pumps, hydrants, hose reels, etc.).
• Testing & commissioning: Perform system checks, pressure tests, and commissioning before handover.
• Maintenance & troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair faults in fire fighting systems to ensure reliability.
• Compliance: Ensure all work meets NFPA standards, local fire codes, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, and maintenance activities.
• Coordination: Work with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in fire fighting systems installation, testing, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of pumps, sprinklers, hydrants, and NFPA standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driving license (preferred).
• Must have a valid QID and NOC.
