Objectives:
This role is responsible to deliver the online and normal training classes to the clients and to ensure relevant information has been filled by participants and proper set of documents with correct information are delivered to admin.
Responsibilities
Supervision responsibilities
1. Interacts with delegates and staff regarding the progress of students in the classes.
Technical responsibilities
1. Delivers all training modules on site or on training centre via online class or on physical classroom.
2. Provides appropriate, intellectually stimulating instruction in each class by taking into consideration the unique learning abilities of each student.
3. Ensures that OPITO, QP, OXY, DEL and MOQ standards are being implemented, maintained and delivered.
4. To ensure proper set of documents and correct information are available with instructor prior to delivery of training session.
General responsibilities:
1. Prepare sales order in accordance with company requirements.
2. To assess the participants
3. Developing, updating the procedure, policies forms as per the necessity and requirement.
4. Performs other tasks as assigned/instructed by the Training Centre Manager/ Head of Training Department.
