Role Overview
We are seeking a committed and target-driven Marketing Executive to expand our client base and strengthen our presence in the market. The candidate should have a technical background or a strong understanding of fire safety systems and must be capable of generating leads, building relationships, and securing new projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
- Generate business for fire protection systems and AMC services.
- Build relationships with contractors, builders, consultants, and facility managers.
- Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
- Present system benefits such as hydrant, sprinkler, alarm, and detection systems.
- Maintain daily field visit reports and meet monthly business targets.
- Assist with tenders, quotations, and payment follow-ups.
- Promote the company and increase market visibility. Required Skills & Qualifications • 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing; fire safety/MEP/construction industry preferred. • Technical education preferred (Diploma/Engineering or similar).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently on field activities.
- Basic knowledge of fire safety systems or willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented and disciplined approach.
- Must have own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ■15,000 – ■25,000 per month (experience-based).
- Petrol and field expenses covered.
- Other allowances as per company policy.
