Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor fire safety policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and international standards.
- Conduct regular fire risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections of facilities, equipment, and processes.
- Ensure fire extinguishers, alarms, hydrants, sprinkler systems, and emergency lighting are regularly inspected and maintained.
- Organize fire drills, evacuation exercises, and emergency response training for employees.
- Investigate fire incidents, near misses, and safety breaches; prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
- Coordinate with government fire departments, auditors, and external agencies for fire safety compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date records of inspections, training sessions, and fire safety equipment.
- Provide safety awareness sessions to staff on fire hazards, prevention measures, and safe evacuation procedures.
- Supervise contractors and ensure fire safety measures are followed during construction, maintenance, or repair activities.
- Stay updated on new fire safety regulations, equipment, and best practices
