First Gen is a two-month summer internship program, offering hands-on experience, dynamic learning and exciting networking opportunities.
We are looking for a First Gen Summer Intern to join our Human Resources team based in İzmir or Manisa Plant.

We are looking for a First Gen Summer Intern to join our Human Resources team based in İzmir or Manisa Plant.
Our process consists of the following steps:
- Application: 13 March - 1 April
- Video Interview: 3 - 9 April
- Face-to-Face Assessment: 27 April - 12 May
- Internship: 1 July - 31 August
- Support the follow-up of HR agendas related to the Supply Chain function
- Provide operational assistance in processes such as recruitment, promotion, internal mobility, and organizational changes
- Prepare and track relevant reports and data
- Support updates and data accuracy within HR systems
- Actively contribute to the planning and execution of new HR projects
- Assist in preparing project documentation and presentations
- Contribute to data analysis and reporting processes
- 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student who have completed at least their 2nd year
- Fluent in both English and Turkish
- Available to work full-time in İzmir or Manisa Plant between July 1 – August 31
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Highly motivated to learn, develop new skills, and grow in a dynamic environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
