• Internship: 1 July - 31 August

• Support the Human Resources team, particularly the Supply Chain function, in the execution of HR processes
• Contribute to the coordination of HR projects and provide operational support to ensure effective follow-up of ongoing initiatives
• Support the follow-up of HR agendas related to the Supply Chain function
• Provide operational assistance in processes such as recruitment, promotion, internal mobility, and organizational changes
• Prepare and maintain relevant reports and data
• Support updates and ensure data accuracy within HR systems
• Actively contribute to the planning and execution of new HR projects
• Assist in preparing project documentation and presentations
• Contribute to data analysis and reporting processes

• 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student who have completed at least their 2nd year
• Fluent in both English and Turkish
• Available to work full-time in Kocaeli Plant between July 1 – August 31
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Highly motivated to learn, develop new skills, and grow in a dynamic environment
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
