FIS Memento - Technical Specialist / Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for two Technical Specialists with hands-on expertise in FIS Memento to support system configuration, customization, integrations, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize FIS Memento modules
• Perform data mapping, transformations, and reconciliations
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support
• Support system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders during implementation and testing
• Prepare technical documentation and support handover activities

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in financial systems development/support
• Strong hands-on experience with FIS Memento (mandatory)
• Experience with batch processing, data feeds, and system integrations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with banking, accounting, or regulatory systems
