Certifications:

• Certification in AutoCAD or similar drafting software

Custom Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Draftsman in fit out projects
• Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting tools
• Strong understanding of Fitout drawings and specifications
• Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and project managers
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
• Prior experience working on commercial or residential fit out and Joinery projects is a plus

In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans for fit out projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
