1. Project Planning & Coordination:

  • Review and interpret project drawings, designs, and BOQs to prepare accurate work programs and resource plans.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, timelines, manpower plans, and material procurement lists.
  • Coordinate with designers, consultants, and clients to ensure all design elements and finishes are approved prior to execution.
  • Plan daily, weekly, and monthly project activities for all ongoing fit-out works.
  • Monitor progress and adjust schedules or manpower to meet deadlines.

2. Site Execution & Supervision:

  • Manage and oversee all on-site fit-out works including civil, gypsum, ceiling, partition, flooring, painting, MEP coordination, and final finishing.
  • Supervise and guide site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, materials, and compliance with design drawings.
  • Coordinate between MEP and civil teams to ensure proper sequencing and avoid reworks.
  • Ensure installation of materials and finishes is done as per approved specifications and samples.

3. Quality Control & Safety:

  • Enforce strict quality assurance and control procedures on all projects.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards at all times.
  • Identify and resolve site-related issues and discrepancies proactively.
  • Conduct final snag inspections and quality reviews before handover.

4. Cost & Resource Management:

  • Monitor project costs, material consumption, and manpower utilization to avoid overruns.
  • Review and approve material requisitions and subcontractor payments.
  • Verify variation claims and ensure client approvals are obtained before execution.
  • Ensure project profitability through efficient resource allocation and cost control.

5. Client & Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Provide technical support and design solutions in case of site or material constraints.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure a professional relationship is maintained at all stages.

6. Project Handover & Documentation:

  • Prepare project completion reports, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.
  • Ensure all punch lists and snag items are completed to client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the final inspection and handover process with complete documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience in managing fit-out projects (residential, retail, office, or commercial).
  • Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and installation techniques.
  • Proven track record in handling multiple projects from design to handover.
  • Excellent command of AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams and subcontractors.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
  • UAE National Only
