Fit-Out Engineer

We are seeking a Fit-Out Engineer with 2 years of experience in the UAE, preferably with a background in joinery works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing interior fit-out projects from design coordination to execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate site activities for interior fit-out and joinery projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and material requirements.
• Ensure work quality, adherence to project schedules, and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out works.
• Knowledge of joinery, materials, and finishing details preferred.
• Strong communication and site management skills.
