We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Engineer to oversee on-site execution and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Description

The Site Engineer will supervise construction activities, coordinate with teams, and ensure that interior fit-out projects are executed according to design specifications, drawings, and safety standards. The role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and construction activities.
• Ensure work is executed according to design drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and vendors on-site.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and update management on timelines and challenges.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.
• Verify material deliveries and ensure proper storage and utilization.
• Assist in planning resources, manpower, and equipment for efficient execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including site reports, checklists, and records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out or construction site management.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out construction, materials, and MEP coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
