Fit out Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Architect / Civil Engineer with strong expertise in fit out and interior works , gained specifically from contracting or fit out companies . The Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day fit out and interior works at site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications prior to execution.
• Prepare detailed work schedules and monitor progress as per the project timeline.
• Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings and project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution issues.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and QA/QC teams for inspections and approvals.
• Monitor material usage and raise material requisitions accordingly.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE and quality standards at site.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Perform quantity take-offs and verify subcontractor bills.
• Maintain proper site documentation, drawings, and revision control.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineer / Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in fit out and interior projects.
• Mandatory experience working with contracting or fit out companies.
• Strong knowledge of fit out materials, finishes, and installation methods.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
