As a Fit Out Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of interior fit-out projects. Your expertise and attention to detail will be instrumental in ensuring that the projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. To excel in this role, the following qualifications are typically required:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is often required. A relevant Master's degree can be advantageous, but is not always mandatory.
• Work Experience: Previous experience in interior fit-out projects or a related construction field is essential. Typically, employers seek candidates with at least 3-5 years of experience in fit-out engineering or a similar role.
• Technical Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of construction principles, building codes, regulations, and industry best practices related to interior fit-out projects. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other Building Information Modelling (BIM) software, is beneficial.
• Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage fit-out projects from conception to completion. This includes developing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is essential in ensuring that fit-out designs and construction meet the required specifications and quality standards.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for effectively coordinating with project teams, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
