Fit-Out Engineer / Foreman

Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified Fit-Out Engineer / Foreman with a strong background in interior execution and site supervision. The ideal candidate must have experience handling VIP villa projects and the ability to deliver high-quality finishes within the required time frame.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and supervise all fit-out works on site.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team.

• Ensure high-quality standards in all finishing and detailing work.

• Monitor project progress and report to management.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Fit-Out works (execution & supervision).

• Experience in VIP villas and high-end projects is a must.

• Strong leadership and site management skills.

• Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.

• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

• UAE driving license is an advantage.
