Job Description Fit out Engineer - UPDA Grade A

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications.

Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to execute interior works.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and UPDA standards.

Oversee procurement of materials and ensure quality control.

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.

Prepare project reports, budgets, and schedules.

Lead and mentor junior engineers and site supervisors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

UPDA Grade A certification (Qatar).

Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in fit-out and interior construction.

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
