Fit-Out Planning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fit-out Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, scheduling, cost control, and progress monitoring, with proven expertise in large-scale contracting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 and other planning tools.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare progress reports, delay analysis, and recovery plans when required.
• Ensure alignment with project milestones, budget, and quality standards.
• Support tendering teams with time schedules and resource allocation plans.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8–10 years of proven experience in planning within contracting/construction companies.
• Fit-out projects experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is a must.
• Strong knowledge of project management concepts, risk assessment, and claims.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
