Planning Engineer (Fit out Projects )

We are seeking a Planning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in Saudi Arabia.

Job Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Availability: Ready to join immediately and must be locally available.

Main Responsibilities:

Follow up with all Project Managers to ensure effective project execution.

Collect and analyze reports from Project Managers, and report to the Projects Manager.

Monitor all phases of projects, with the help of Project Managers, to ensure smooth operations and adherence to agreed timelines until completion certificates are issued.

Coordinate the development, implementation, and monitoring of the organization's outcome-based service delivery plans, including oversight of strategic and operational plans.

Facilitate discussions on goals and measures to ensure alignment with objectives.

Implement systems and processes to collect and analyze data, trends, and other relevant information impacting organizational outcomes.

Collect, analyze, and report progress and outcomes achieved for funds, clients, and stakeholders.

Identify potential planning or evaluation projects requiring specific attention.

Coordinate the monitoring and evaluation of all projects.

Participate as a member of the management team in strategic planning and goal-setting processes.

Manage risks associated with each project.

Provide support during the proposal development phase when required.

Review and share status reports, work plans, and change requests as necessary.

• Prepare Weekly Progress Reports including Dashboard.
• Prepare Monthly Progress Report.
• Prepare Delay Analysis and Extension of Time.
