Fit-out Project Engineer

Project Engineer - Fit-Out & Finishing
Location: Ras Al Khaimah

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join our team and lead high-end fit-out and finishing works. The role requires strong technical expertise, site leadership, and a sharp eye for quality, along with the creativity to suggest design improvements when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and supervise fit-out and finishing works to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct QA/QC checks and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Conduct site condition inspection and prepare a report based on it for stakeholer evaluation.
• Review Interior Design and architectural drawings and propose practical design modifications.
• Lead site activities, subcontractors, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Make decisive calls on variations and technical site challenges.
• Prepare progress reports, inspections, and quality documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years’ proven experience in fit-out and finishing projects (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong expertise in QA/QC and site control.
• Skilled in documentation, communication and inter-disciplinary coordination.
• Ability to interpret and coordinate Interior Design, MEP, and Architectural drawings.
• A proactive problem-solver with leadership skills and a creative mindset.
• Familiarity with UAE codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Able to provide solutions and technical expertise on executions.

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
