Fit Out-Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site activities for fit-out works.
• Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within schedule and budget.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and update management on project status.
• Resolve technical issues and provide practical solutions on site.
• Ensure proper project documentation and handover procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 6–8 years experience as a Fit-Out Project Engineer in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, methods, and quality standards.
• Good understanding of authority approvals and site regulations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
