Interior Engineer in fit out industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with designers, architects, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
• Control project costs to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Quality Assurance:
• Implement quality control measures to uphold high standards of workmanship and materials.
• Conduct regular inspections and address any deviations from project specifications promptly.
• Client Communication and Stakeholder Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
• Health, Safety, and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all project sites.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals required for project execution.
• Team Leadership and Coordination:
• Lead project teams effectively, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment among project team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager in the construction or fitout industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
