Project Engineer – Interior Fit-Out (Job Description)

Role Summary:
The Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning & Coordination

• Assist the Project Manager in preparing project schedules, work programs, and material forecasts.

2. Site Execution

• Supervise daily site works for joinery, gypsum, partitions, ceilings, flooring, MEP coordination, and finishing works.

3. Material & Procurement

• Prepare material take-offs and request materials as per project needs.

4. Quality & Safety

• Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with company quality standards.

5. Client & Consultant Coordination

• Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.

6. Documentation

• Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (depending on level).
• Strong knowledge of joinery, gypsum, MEP coordination, and finishes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate Joiners preferred
